Give some thought to the laundry cycle you use and how many clothes are required to complete that cycle. I allow enough outfits for the week plus 2 so there is some flex in case you aren't able to be "on schedule". When it comes down to doing this you may find:
a) you have more than the kid can wear in a school year
b) They only wear a fraction of the outfits you are storing
c) You don't have enough of certian things such as enough socks or underwear to make it through your "cycle" which is why there's all too often a desperate cry for clean underwear!
d) Some things are going unused because they don't have needed companions...tops for bottoms etc.
